We are a completely independent practice with no links to any estate agents or financial institutions involved in the selling of properties or the provision of mortgages. Our principal, Nick King BSc. (Hons) MRICS has over 30 years experience in the surveying and valuation of residential property ranging from modern 1-bedroom flats up to large period properties. Chartered Building Surveyors are members of the Building Surveying Division of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and are regarded as the “Building Doctors” of the property profession. Chartered Surveyors are bound by the strict standards and codes of practice laid down by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. Nick King Associates are a RICS regulated firm.
